Refund Policy
Except for the limited defective-service exception in Section 2 (within 24 hours of purchase, fault solely on our side), we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable in all circumstances. Please review this Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes the limited circumstances in which we will issue a refund or replacement for our products and services ("Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
All sales are final.
Except as expressly described in Section 2 below, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including (without limitation) dissatisfaction with the Service, change of mind, accidental purchase, unused balance, partial use of a subscription period, target-website blocks or bans, or expectations not met.
2. Limited Defective-Service Exception
If the Service you purchased is non-functional during the first twenty-four (24) hours after your purchase due to a fault solely on our side (for example, a verifiable platform outage that prevents you from connecting to the proxy network), we will, at our discretion:

If we are able to resolve the issue (for example, by providing replacement IPs, restoring connectivity, or correcting a configuration on our side) within a commercially reasonable time, we have satisfied our obligation under this exception and no refund is owed. If you do not contact us within twenty-four (24) hours, the Service is conclusively presumed to have been delivered and accepted in working order.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments — No Refunds
Payments made in cryptocurrency are non-refundable in all circumstances, including under the defective-service exception described in Section 2. By electing to pay in cryptocurrency, you knowingly waive any right to a refund and accept the volatility, irreversibility, and other risks associated with cryptocurrency payments. If a defective-service issue qualifies under Section 2 and was paid for in cryptocurrency, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement Service of equivalent value, but we will not issue any cash, fiat, or cryptocurrency refund.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel any subscription Service at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing legal@lemonclub.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period. After cancellation:
If you are a California resident, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time without charge by contacting us using the methods above. The required California Automatic Renewal Law disclosures are also provided in our Terms of Service.
5. Bandwidth Commitments and Rollover
For pay-as-you-go Residential Proxies, purchased data does not expire and remains in your account indefinitely. Pay-as-you-go bandwidth is non-refundable once purchased.
For monthly committed Residential Proxy plans, included bandwidth rolls over from month to month for as long as the subscription is continuously renewed. If the subscription lapses, is canceled, is suspended, or is terminated for any reason (including non-payment), all unused committed and rolled-over bandwidth is forfeited and is not refundable.
6. No Refunds Upon Account Suspension or Termination for Cause
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law, you are not entitled to a refund of any amount, including for prepaid subscriptions, unused bandwidth, or unused server time.
7. Company Discontinuation or Dissolution
In the event that we discontinue any Service, wind down operations, or dissolve the Company, no refund will be issued for prepaid subscriptions, committed bandwidth, unused balances, or any other amount. You acknowledge and accept this risk when purchasing the Services.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer, or payment processor without first contacting us at legal@lemonclub.io and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue is a material breach of our Terms of Service. In response to an unauthorized chargeback, we will:
9. How Refunds Are Issued
Where a refund is approved under Section 2 of this Policy, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or processor. We do not issue refunds in the form of account credit, cryptocurrency, or any payment method other than the original.
10. No Goodwill or Discretionary Refunds
Beyond the limited defective-service exception in Section 2, we do not offer goodwill, discretionary, or one-off refunds. Please make sure you understand the Service you are purchasing before completing your order. Specifications, limits, and intended use cases are described on the Site at the time of purchase, and our support team is happy to answer pre-sales questions at legal@lemonclub.io.
11. Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy does not override any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction. Where applicable mandatory law gives you a right to a refund that this Policy purports to exclude, that mandatory right will prevail to the extent required by law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at lemonclub.io. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
